Cohort 1 Onboarding Checklist
Applicants ask what onboarding actually looks like before they commit. This is the real path — the same six Setup Wizard steps every ReportBridge customer walks through, not a simplified marketing version.
Before you get here
We review beta applications within 24 hours. If accepted, you get an invite link and we schedule a kickoff call to start step one. Nothing below requires you to have already converted a single report — that's what the wizard is for.
Install the Apps
We send the app bundles (or the Domo AppStore listing, once published) and you install the Admin and Viewer apps in your Domo instance — or point at the standalone app if you're not using Domo.
Run the Setup Wizard
The Setup Wizard walks you through creating the required DataSets, connecting the report server, configuring the Admin API, adding your AI conversion key, and generating a viewer token. Guided, not a blank form.
Configure Databases
Point ReportBridge at your PostgreSQL database(s) — host, port, credentials, datasource aliases. We provide the two IPs your security group needs to allow inbound.
Upload and Convert Reports
Upload your .rdl files. The AI converter rewrites T-SQL to PostgreSQL, validates each query, and auto-fixes for up to 3 rounds. Anything left over gets flagged for a quick guided correction with us, not left for you to debug alone.
Configure the Viewer
We help you assign group-based access control and write the viewer config so the right people see the right reports from day one.
View Reports
Your reports render with full paginated fidelity, standalone or inside Domo. This is the point where your two feedback calls (day 15, day 30) start mattering — tell us what's still rough.
